We strive to help you prevent claims. However, in the unfortunate event of a loss, The B&G Group’s claims professionals will assist you in reporting and monitoring your claim, with a valuable understanding of the legal issues that affect claims handling.  Utilizing claims professionals with more than 20 years of experience, our team can process, monitor and advocate on your behalf from the inception of filing a claim with the insurance company until its’ final resolution.

We can assist you in navigating the claims adjusting process and dealing with adjusters. Moreover, our claims professionals work closely with your Account Executive to mitigate the effect of losses on the underwriting of your policies.

Our staff is fully supportive during the claims process, whether it be answering questions or providing assistance with support services such as replacement vehicles, restoration, or pollution clean-up.

The Claims Department also has the professional services of a site engineer as well as coverage counsel to aid with virtually any type of claim presented.

Our team of Workers Compensation Claims Specialists works closely with business owners, workers compensation boards, insurance companies, managers, and administrators to improve overall loss experience, reduce individual claim costs, and ultimately, to control premium costs. We partner with clients to develop controls that can mitigate loss frequency and severity, and we help to implement Early Return to Work/Light Duty programs.

It is important that you timely notify us of all claims, or any incident that you have reason to believe may give rise to a claim. Our claims department is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In the event of a loss that is particularly time sensitive (for example, your building is flooding), we urge you to utilize the claims reporting information below or contained in your policy.

Insurance policy terms vary from policy to policy. The B & G Group advises that you contact our Claims Department as soon as you have notice of a claim or an incident occurs that you have reason to believe may result in a claim.

This frequently occurs. Just call the B&G Claims Department and they will make certain that an adjuster is advised of the additional damages.
